Our clients appreciate our ability to address most any situation. Our desire is to council and be a one-stop-shop with timely solutions for our clients landscaping needs.”

Testimonials:

Dear Randy,

Thank you and your crew for your beautiful work! The re-grading of the yard, the new stairs and retaining walls came out better than I thought they could. You folks went above and beyond my expectations! And the good Lord provided 2 days of rainfall to help us out with watering the new sod!

I will be calling you folks again real soon when I am ready to mulch the front and side of my property.

Again, Thanks for a job well done.
With much appreciation,
Sincerely,
The White’s

Mary, Randy and All,

Thanks again, for the nice job that you did for us. We really appreciate your careful, thoughtful approach.

Best regards, Andy & John

Sal Garcia

Salvador Garcia: Lead Irrigation Technician

As with all of our employees Sal started working early. When he was 8 he started working in the agricultural farm business. He learned how to plant and care for vegetables and he picked coffee beans. This continued and in middle school he learned how to do compost, how to plant and trim the vegetables and other facets of agricultural and landscaping plants.

Sal finished high school with a degree in graphic design and went on to spend a year at the University in the Engineering Program. Due to lack of resources and money he had an opportunity to come to the United States in 2000 when he was 18 where he started working at the Virginia Brick Company. He worked for Virginia Brick from 2000-2008. Within a year and a half he became a supervisor over 30 employees to being the supervisor over 60 people in the production plant. In total he held the supervisor position for 6 years.

During his first years in the United States he also worked on the side in the construction industry where he has learned every part of the industry and has acquired his contractor’s license since 2011 in landscaping and home remodeling.

He left the Virginia Brick Company in 2008 and started landscaping full-time. He learned mulch, hardscaping, mowing, lawn maintenance and treatments, planting, renovations, and is now the head of our irrigation crew. He has an excellent rapport with all of our clients.  Sal has always had a hunger and desire to learn new things and continues to do so. He, and all of our employees, are very important to our company with their skills and knowledge.
